Art is sweet! Sculpt your favorite sweet treat out of clay with artist, Amy Mayfield. You will learn new art skills while working with others in your community to create a flavorful clay ice cream cone display for Mass Creativity Day at The New Children’s Museum on June 28! Plus, enjoy real ice cream treats at the end of the workshop.
This workshop is free and designed for all ages. No prior art experience necessary!
The Mass Creativity program has been generously funded by The James Irvine Foundation and provided by The New Children’s Museum. Mass Creativity is an artist-led community outreach program that includes a series of eight workshops throughout various San Diego neighborhoods. The program will culminate in an all–day celebration of art and creativity at The New Children’s Museum on June 28, 2014. |
