This class introduces students to basic drawing and painting skills. The first half of the session focuses on drawing fundamentals that prepare students to transition into painting. Using a still life students learn drawing techniques such as, perspective, negative space, and measuring values. You will learn how to compose and begin a painting, mix colors, use brushes, handle paint, understand turpenoid, color scales and charts. |
