||Meyer Fine Art presents its first exhibition of 2018, a group show featuring original limited-edition etchings, lithographs and other works on paper by important established and emerging artists. A few original watercolors, acrylic and oil paintings will also enhance the original paper artworks. From drypoints, etchings, lithography and serigraphy, this grouping celebrates the art of printmaking, editioned and unique pieces, with work that spans more than a century.
The diverse selection of artists includes Alexander Calder, Marc Chagall, Pablo Picasso, Christo, Howard Hodgkin, Joan Miró, Salvatore Dali and many more. Original paintings by such artists as Howard Koslow, Clay Walker and Barbara Weldon will also be exhibited.
Some of the significant works on display will include a rare Miro etching [Maeght proof], a rare Lautrec bicycle lithograph by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, an etching with hand-painting by Howard Hodgkin and an original lithograph invitation by Alexander Calder.
