Description
In this workshop we will discuss how the breath can be used to set ourselves free from creative blocks, old/inherited patterns, and stories. The intention of this gathering is to use breath work, group energy, conscious conversation, intention, and creative expression to spark a deep sense of play and inspiration in our hearts.
Attendees will have the opportunity to share any creative pieces with the group -- visuals, musical sounds, dances, writings, etc. You don't have to be an "artist" and what you share doesn't have to be "finished" or "perfect" - the magic is in the flow of sharing and being witnessed. It is strongly encouraged to bring something to share (but not required).
