| Event Description |
Hyde Art Gallery is excited to present the Fall 2019 Student Art Exhibition. Due to construction delays of our new gallery space in Grossmont’s upcoming Performing and Visual Arts Center, this exhibit will be mounted in the large section of our current space in Building 25.
This upcoming exhibition highlights the most exciting and innovative art and design projects that Grossmont College students have produced this semester including ceramics, sculpture, painting, drawing, jewelry, digital media, and photography. If you are looking for holiday gift ideas, most pieces on display will be for sale.
The Student Art Exhibition will run from November 18 until December 6 at Grossmont College’s Hyde Art Gallery. On Tuesday November 26 from 4pm to 6pm the gallery will host an opening reception. An awards ceremony recognizing exceptional student work will begin at 5pm that evening. Refreshments will be served and live music will be provided by guitarist Jordan DeHass. |
