Bring your imagination! Get creative with inspiration from Tschabalala Self’s mixed-media painting Evening. Explore shapes, colors, and images as you make your own mixed-media artwork. Using fabric, magazines, and colorful paper, create a self-portrait alongside MCASD’s Education and Engagement team.
Art Activity: Make small mixed-media portraits.
Additional Programming:
- At 11AM, join a kid friendly tour and discover art from MCASD’s permanent collection.
- From 11AM-2PM, enjoy music, cozy up in the book nook, and free play on McGrath Terrace.
- At 12:30PM, sing, listen, and laugh at Storytime with Ms. Katia, Librarian On the Go
