“Summer Days”, Escondido Art Association announces their June Gallery Show. (All subjects welcomed although theme entries are encouraged.) Take-in of art will be Saturday, June. 6th, 11-4pm. The show opens Saturday, June 9th and runs through Friday, July 3rd.
Up to 2 entries of 2D & 3D art per artist are accepted with a Max size of 30” on any side for 2D art (including frame). Entry fees for non-members are $30 for the 1st entry & $5 each for 2nd & 3rd. Members receive a reduced rate of $20 for the 1st entry. Submissions can be made on the association website under the link, Submit Art.
Local artist, L Retta Small will judge the show. The winning entries will be critiqued by the judge and her comments posted on the association website for public viewing. Award categories will be Gold, Silver and Bronze and also honorary commendations will be given by the judge.
