Brokers Building Gallery has a private studio space available inside our active downtown San Diego gallery space.
72 sq ft (8x9), private room with lockable door
$250/month, WiFi included

Access hours 8:00am – 10:00pm
No windows — great for controlled lighting environments
Downtown San Diego — 5th Avenue Trolley stop
All mediums welcome, solo artists preferred

— 2 complimentary tickets per month to our concerts and exhibitions
Please note: We are an active community arts space with monthly programming including Open Mic Night (first Thursday), a monthly exhibition opening, a monthly concert and a Tea Tasting Workshop (third Saturday, 2:00–4:00pm). Evening events run approximately 6:30–11:30pm. Studio remains fully accessible during all events.
