Studio ACE Is Hosting A Valentine's Day Pop-Up Shop! Are you looking to get your loved ones something special for Valentine’s Day? Maybe you would like to show a teacher, healthcare worker, or another special person in your life just how much you appreciate them and all they do? If someone you know needs an extra boost on this day of love, Studio ACE has you covered! What will we have? A selection of handmade items from your favorite Studio ACE artists! Bring your mask and safely shop for one-of-a-kind gifts, including jewelry, paintings, ceramics, plants, sweet treats, and more! Where do proceeds go? All artists are lovingly donating 25% of their proceeds to Studio ACE, and 100% of profits from sales of ACE goodies will go towards ACE’s Arts Programming. When is it? The Pop-Up Shop will be one weekend only, so don’t miss out! Let’s all show some extra love and kindness this Valentine’s Day! San Diego Dance Theater presents a performance of work created by its new Artistic Director, Terry Wilson. Learn the process of using painting to pull together a space with VELTZ Fine Art along with one-of-a-kind paintings and designs. Fall in love with the art and movement of dance during Canela Photography’s Valentine dance session. Milk Oolong Studio hosts a “Pottery & Glaze Chemistry” session showing you how to master the pottery wheel. La Jolla Playhouse presents “Spittin' Truth to Power: Light Leaping for the People” with renowned San Diego poet Alyce Smith-Cooper and acclaimed DJ and musician Shammy Dee. Get a behind the scenes look at Lauren LeVieux’s studio and most recent work.
