Event Description

PROUD+ is the fifth national exhibition of LGBTQIA+ visual arts running from June 4, 2022 - July 30, 2022 at The Studio Door (San Diego, CA).

LGBTQIA+ artists from 13 states will be exhibiting over 60 artworks in the gallery and online with The Studio Door. Curated with support by Alyssa Nitchun, Leslie-Lohman Museum of Art Executive Director.

Looking for summer plans? Look no further: Enjoy our Ceramic Lab set among the natural beauty of the coastal community of Encinitas! Sign up for this class which brings together individuals of various skill levels who wish to learn or improve their abilities on the pottery wheel. Beginners will learn the essential forms that may be used to make bowls, plates, mugs, vases, and other items. Those who are proficient in fundamental throwing methods will concentrate on increasingly complicated shapes, glazing, and surface design approaches.
