Event Description The "Paisanos" panel discussion at Sparks Gallery will take place on Friday, February 17th from 5-7 pm at Sparks Gallery. This event is free and open to the public. Panel speakers Carlos de la Mora, John Halaka, Francisco Morales and Bernardo Martinez will reveal opportunities sought after by artists, share their experience as binational cultural managers, and discuss the nature of migration from their individual viewpoints.

Event Description Surfing Madonna Oceans Project is making a call for artists for Ocean/Earth/Air a regional show (jurors: Cathy Carey, Cheryl Ehlers and Danny Salzhandler) with 100 selected artists for exhibit March 29 - April 30. The reception on Sunday, April 23 of Earth Day weekend is at Poway Center for the Performing. Entry fee and cash prizes. Deadline March 12.
