Event Description |
San Diego Visual Arts Network (SDVAN) and Synergy Arts Foundation (SAF) are inviting you to celebrate our
20th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, September 16th, 2023 6 pm to 10 pm at Institute of Contemporary Art San Diego North. Our Double Decade Celebration promises a magical evening loaded with art, dance, DJ, Live
music, silent auction and many more surprises…
Witness paella being prepared by Chef Javier Rubio from San Diego Chef Foundation.
Delicious food, fun and frivolity with purchase of your ticket. SDVAN and SAF combined to create the San Diego Synergy Arts Network in 2006,
but they both started as non-profits in 2003 using a fiscal agent.
SDVAN is a cheer leader for all things visual and SAF promotes artists helping artists in need.
We have worked closely together and want this event to mark that extraordinary sisterly relationship.

Event Description |
In partnership with San Diego Metropolitan Transit System, SDDT has presented Trolley Dances™ for over 20 years. Trolley Dances™ was created by former Artistic Director Jean Isaacs to make dance accessible to our entire community by taking art “to the people.” Each fall, tour guides lead groups of audience members on and off the trolley to view original pieces of site-specific choreography. More than 50 community and company dancers perform at various sites. The 2023 Trolley Dances™ will be held on the Blue Line Trolley with stops in Downtown San Diego. Choreographers include Artistic Director Terry Wilson, Kim Epifano, DanzArts, bkSOUL, Blythe Barton, and the creator of Trolley Dances™ and former Artistic Director Jean Isaacs. |
