Event Description Off The Wall is a conversation series between artists, curators, and other community leaders to discuss current exhibitions and the subjects the artists explore. Part moderated conversation, part audience participation, we take the art off the walls and into our everyday lives. Join us for a conversation on July 25 focused on the exhibition Undocumented Times / Queer Yearnings, where four community leaders will explore critical issues impacting queer undocumented immigrants in Southern California. Featuring artist Alexa Vasquez, her artwork in the Undocumented Times / Queer Yearnings exhibition draws from her journey as a queer undocumented woman to create an inclusive gallery space that resonates with both immigrant and arts communities.
