Facilitated by Alessandra Colfi, PhD, RYT-200, a mixed-media art and mindfulness-based series of 6 workshops to help you process the complex physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of your loss. Engaging with the creative process, in a safe space, is known to support healing, build coping skills, and revitalize self-confidence. No previous art experience is necessary, but a commitment to attend all 6 sessions. |
