| Event Description |
Join Instructor Christine Head and learn how to create a one-of-a-kind fused glass dish. Christine has perfected the technique of using glass stringers which are thin threads of glass to create intricately fluid line patterns. Everything is provided for you to design and make one truly unique 8” square plate. After the plate comes out of the kiln, it’s put on a mold and sent back into the kiln for a second firing called “slumping” which transforms the plate into a curved dish. Use your dish all year long or gift to someone special. Previous fused glass experience reccomended. |
