| Event Description |
Wet felting is a process of creating an artwork through intentionally tangling and matting wool together involving friction, fat, and heat. This transformative process takes layers of soft fragile fibers and renders them into imagery, patterns or objects that are strong and durable, but also soft and flexible. In this workshop, learn the process of wet felting by creating textile pieces that use imagery inspired by transformative and enduring aspects of identity. |
