This August, Divergence Art Collective is pleased to present \"NAUTILUS\" an exhibition of original artworks hosted by Distinction Gallery.
The ocean has long held a fascination for artists, it\'s many moods inspiring countless works throughout history. Our collective has turned a contemporary eye on this eternal subject with a showcase of paintings, drawings and mixed media pieces. Some of our artists are local, others hail from distant shores - each of us brings our own perspective to the pieces on show. Wether you\'re a surfer, marine biologist or simply love a day at the beach we know you\'ll find something to love in \"NAUTILUS\".
We are being hosted by Distinction Gallery, an acclaimed arts institution in Downtown Escondido. Beloved by artists, collectors and those in-the-know, the gallery is commonly known as the best hidden gem in San Diego. All ages are welcome at our reception. The opening reception is 6-10pm, August 12. Drinks will be available for purchase from Last Spot Bar. |
