Jurors Paul Ecdao, Co-owner/Curator of Thumbprint Gallery; LA-based Art Manager and Dealer Billy Gross; and Rokhsane Hovaida of California Center for the Arts, Escondido selected the works from submissions and will also run the in-person session.
