Perry L. Meyer Fine Art presents the forthcoming group exhibition featuring original limited edition etchings, lithographs, and other works on paper by important historical artists such as Alexander Calder, Marc Chagall, Salvador Dali, Pablo Picasso, and many more. The exhibition will be available for viewing beginning Friday, January 11, through Saturday, February 23, 2008.
The first exhibition of 2008 will consist of original limited edition etchings, lithographs and other works on paper from his vast inventory by artists like Alexander Calder, Marc Chagall, Christo, Roberto Matta, Salvador Dali, Andre Masson, Joan Miro, Milton Resnick, David Salle, Marino Marini, Wunderlich, Hundertwasser, Norman Ives, Bernard Rosenquit and many other artists.
Some of the significant works on display will include Serigraph by Hundertwasser, a rare hand colored engraving from Salvador Dali’s “Venus in Furs” suite from 1969, a Christo “Wrapped Package on a Table”, a Calder lithograph titled “Blue” from 1969, a large rare carborundum etching by Milton Resnick and Alex Katz as well as many other important works.
