Event Description This five day Morning class focuses on jewelry making techniques in beading, wire wrapping and letter stamping on metal as well as exploring jewelry making from repurposed and recycled materials. Learn how to create art jewelry out of found objects (scrap fabric/colored wire and drinking straws) and new materials (like glass and wood beads). Learn about jewelry through out history and color, scale, balance and other design elements. It’s creative and great fun. Class space is limited to 8 students, so sign up today!

Event Description " Summer at the Shores " - A four-woman exhibition of painting and photography by award-winning artists Marilyn Callipari, Kris deYoung, Carole Duebbert and Cynthia Hedgecock. La Jolla Art Association is a non-profit corporation established in 1918. Its membership, made up of more than 100 local artists and photographers, provides cultural and educational programs for the benefit of artists (members and non-members alike) and the community. At our Gallery in La Jolla Shores, we present free fine art exhibitions for the enjoyment of the public. Profits go to support our educational and cultural programs.
