Event Description Trios Gallery in Solana Beach will host a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society on Saturday, October 30 from 7 - 9 p.m. Local artist and cancer survivor Susan Hirsch organized this event as part of a national “Art for the Cure” movement in which artists show their support for National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Hirsch and many other local artists have created special pieces of art and jewelry to be raffled during the event. Hirsch is known locally for the fused glass installations she has created for local homeowners and commercial buildings. She is also the founder of Post Op-tions, a company that manufactures post surgery recovery items for women. Guests will also enjoy a wine tasting courtesy of Vinavanti Wines and hors d’oeuvres provided by Le Papagayo.

Event Description Get your pre-Halloween shenanigans started right at this monstrously awesome garage rockin' sale! It's going to be ghoulishly groovy. GARAGE SALE featuring carefully hoarded treasures from Space 4 Art tenant/artists and donors: no junk! 50% of proceeds benefit the space, so buy some art, something you never knew you wanted, or your Halloween costume, and help us raise money for Space 4 Art! Starts at 1pm. LIVE MUSIC from the Hot Moon, the Widows, the Moviegoers, and the Old In Out. Music starts at 2pm. We'll have food and snacks and beverages for sale (and the taco truck will be back!). SUPPORT THE SPACE! Buy some stuff! See some bands! And if you have stuff to DONATE, we are taking donations on Friday, October 29 from 3pm to 7pm. Great way to support the space.
