San Diego Book Arts presents Artists Booksā€“A Survival Guide By Ann Kalmbach and Tatana Kellner, Womenā€™s Studio Workshop Founders Friday, January 13, 2012, 7:00 ā€“ 9:00 pm For our January 2012 Annual Meeting, San Diego Book Arts is sponsoring a talk by two of the founders of Womenā€™s Studio Workshop, Executive Director Ann Kalmbach and Artistic Director Tatana Kellner. Womenā€™s Studio Workshop is an artistsā€™ workspace founded in 1974 in Rosendale, New York, a focus for artists interested in printmaking, papermaking and book arts. WSW is the largest publisher of hand printed artistsā€™ books in the country with over 190 titles published. In conjunction with the talk, approximately 70 artistsā€™ books will be on hand. Kalmbach and Kellner will discuss the books in terms of structure as well as content. Participants will have the opportunity to handle and read the books.
