Event Description The Chuck Jones Gallery is pleased to welcome painter, Fabio Napoleoni, as we open his Hearts & Wishes Solo Exhibition in the heart of San Diego's famed Gaslamp District. Napoleoni, one of America's rising young artists is making his 3rd appearance at the gallery. Friday June 7th | From 7-9:30 P.M. Fabio will be working on an original work in the gallery to accompany our incredible collection of originals, which will all be offered for sale. Saturday June 8th | From 2-3 P.M. Fabio Napoleoni will be guiding a class of young artists from across the San Diego area as he introduces them to the many different ways a drawing can be created. Ages 7-15 are welcome. MAKE ART! Students from the New Arrival Center at Monroe Clark Middle School have been working with Lynn Susholtz (Stone Paper Scissors) creating art that tells stories of their travels from their home countries. This spring the students visited Bread & Cie Bakery and Cafe in addition to several galleries, museums, & public art sites. Students created images and text in mixed media on unused recycled bread bags.
