This is a 5 day art/photography workshop at the famous holistic health center The Omega Institute in beautiful Rhinebeck, NY. We will be creating mixed media collages using various techniques including photo transfer and emulsion lifts, to create photo prayers - spiritual images to promote wellness and healing. Mixed Media with Oil Pastel Workshop Instructor: Susan Osborn Sun. June 6, 11am-3pm Fee: $45 This 4 hour workshop really "pushes the envelope" with what you can do with oil pastel and its friends. First we will make an oil pastel "mixed media sampler" of 15 different combinations using oil pastel with ink, watercolor, soft pastel, acrylic, collage, colored pencil, rubber stamps, and charcoal.
