Founder and Creative Director, LaVonne Crawford shares the technique and tricks on how to create extraordinary rings, wrist cuffs, and pendants made out of live botanical elements. Utilizing a variety of succulents and seasonal flower product with attention to color and composition, attendees will design 2-3 accessories to wear themselves or gift to a loved one, just in time for Valentine’s Day. Event Description

A fun afternoon designing and creating a one-of-a-kind scarf. Meld two different materials into one, as you create stunning, wearable, fashion art. The process is a combination of wet felt over a colorful silk background. The name is derived from the Japanese word “nuno” meaning cloth. The technique bonds loose fibre, usually wool, into a sheer fabric such as silk gauze, creating a lightweight felt. An ideal gift for a loved one, or yourself. The technique is simple but the results are stunning. Your creative juices will be flowing! Reserve your space now. Limited space for 6 students only and it will fill!
