Learn how to play frame drums, discover healing rhythms, chanting practices, and tools to set your intention for your new year. In the unique majesty of this nature sanctuary, we will drum in the labyrinth, allow solitude and silence, embody radiance sutras, and move to the rhythm of the elements. Event Description The Athenaeum Music & Arts Library is pleased to announce ON THE MONEY, an exhibition by San Diego native Wick Alexander; PIÑATA/DRONE/BUST by Anna Stump; and books from Booklyn in Brooklyn: Artist’s Books from the Athenaeum Collection. The works will be on view from January 6 through February 10, 2018. (Please check the library site for hours and days we are open.) An opening reception will be held on Friday, January 12, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
