Event Description

The San Diego Watercolor Society presents “Out of the Box”, an experimental Cash Award art exhibition juried by award-winning artist Daniel Foster. The exhibit runs 9/2/18-9/22/18 at our Art Gallery in The ARTS DISTRICT Liberty Station. The Opening Reception is Friday, September 7 from 5-8 pm with 95-100 original ready-to-hang paintings for sale, plus wine, food and the fellowship of other art enthusiasts. Event Description

Sept. 2 – Nov. 11, 2018 Opening Reception Saturday, Sept. 8, 5 – 7 p.m. Family Open Studios Saturday, Oct. 13, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. Featuring treasured objects from each lender, this exhibition celebrates favorite items from various Southern California collections and organizations. Each of the beautiful and engaging objects is a beloved possession. Some reveal the personal taste of the collector, others preserve a cherished memory or meaningful moment, and still others symbolize a relationship between the artist and the collector or museum. All have a special significance.
