For this workshop, Jeff will demonstrate a hybrid method of plein air and studio painting, suited to all levels of experience. We will use photos for a practice session, then use our cameras to frame a composition, learn to simplify shapes, and use a limited palette to achieve simplicity and color harmonies in our paintings.
Workshop Includes:
Transportation in Mexico to and from the U.S.–Tecate border
3 nights lodging in charming guest cabins at Rancho La Bellota, Baja California, 50 miles south of U.S.–Tecate border
All meals (8) at the Ranch – healthy and delicious
Instruction by Jeff Yeomans Friday & Saturday
A wine country tour, (tastings and/or wine purchases paid by guest)
