Event Description Celestial Magic bedazzles the viewer with images by San Diego artist June Rubin’s wild imagination. Persian Dream Sky mixed media is a constellation of gems on a purple sky, depicting a runner in the sky above the long-haired woman on horseback reaching skyward as does a sea colored blue tree. In Majestic Tree the clouds sparkle with glitter and the tree has oversized browned bougainvillea petals collaged along with bits of paper, gems and a smattering of glitter. An upside- down window below the artist’s signature keeps one wondering. Bring friends and family to this delightful First Friday at Liberty Station to meet the creative artist June Rubin.
