Event Description |
Nails have been a path to artistic expression for thousands of years, evolving from a single nail color to works of art on a tiny canvas, thanks to the invention of nail enhancements and the emergence of nail artistry. First finding its home on the global fashion runways, nail artistry has become a sought-after form of self-expression in everyday life. Today’s nail art is an homage to best in class color and design, with chic lines and sophisticated enhancements personal to the individual.
Tiny Canvases: The Art of Nails celebrates the 40th anniversary of Creative Nail Design (CND™), started by Oceanside chemist, dentist, and inventor Dr. Stuart S. Nordstrom out of his garage in 1979. Beginning with the invention of a safe patented cross-linked polymer resin product for creating beautiful, lasting nail enhancements, CND™ is now the most technologically advanced company in the global nail Industry.
