Combining the Chinese Dragon Boat Festival with the American Indianapolis 500, this event will be a playful afternoon of arts, crafts and remote control race car driving! In collaboration with the Escondido Children’s Museum, patrons will decorate theatrical, dragon-inspired puppets that are specially designed to cover remote control cars. The decorated cars will be raced around our Sculpture Court track, and at the end of the day the participants will be able to take their puppets home as keepsakes. Light snacks will be provided at this event. |
