Event Description 'Soil Blind', a collaborate work by artists Jeremy Gercke, Jonathan, and Dr. David Lipson, is displayed at the Test Plots garden on the campus of Woodbury School of Architecture. Over 100 ceramic modules filled with dirt and connected by cables suspend from a steel frame. Collectively, these pieces form a larger structure that mimics a blind for bird watching. Focused on the cycle of seed germination through flowering and back to seed, this artwork is placed to coincide with the spring season of new growth, insect pollination, and bird migration.
