The City of Carlsbad seeks to commission an artist to design, fabricate and install permanent original artwork to be located within the Pine Avenue Community Park. The design team envisions the artwork as a playful and discoverable “garden folly” element(s) that relates to and/or exemplifies the historic and cultural features unique to the Carlsbad community. |
