The Master Plan was prepared to guide development along Imperial Avenue between 47th and 69th Streets. As part of SEDC’s ongoing efforts to revitalize the corridor and in recognition of the fall 2007 re-opening of the updated Lincoln High School, The Southeastern Economic Development Corporation is seeking artists to implement original and creative paintings directly onto a series of traffic signal controller and utility boxes between 45th and 69th Streets along Imperial Avenue.
