Our spaces range from 200 sq ft offices to 1200 sq ft suites. Rents vary with size of space $1.25-$2.50 per sq ft. The building is a stand-alone building on a corner lot with off street parking. We are not part of an industrial park complex. The focus of the building is on the performing arts, although other tenants are welcome. We have a couple of artist studios along with some rehearsal rooms for bands and a recording studio. The building was formerly The Studio Academy
