Art West Agency has created the 'Employee Arts Program' with the aim of exploring new ways to foster creativity and innovation in the workplace. We are a training alliance which helps organizations accelerate business performance through arts-based learning, culture change agents, and innovation experts. The program is based on employee-created art in conjunction with curriculum specifically geared to educate and cultivate more profitable environments. Instructors are carefully chosen with backgrounds in corporate sustainability and engagement, the arts, science, engineering, mathematics, and computer programming. We provide guidance with a variety of art mediums, discuss the basis for creativity, and address the challenges facing today's modern workforce. Artistic exhibitions are held in corporate or public galleries to demonstrate talents and visions of the employees. |
