The City of Escondido's Public Art Commission is seeking qualified artists or teams for the Grand Avenue Art Project, focusing on large-scale art piece to be placed in the roundabout, currently under construction, on Grand Avenue and Broadway. The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first step in a two-step process to select three to five artists or teams based on their experience in public design, community engagement, and thematic vision. |
