I am an accomplished nonprofit executive with over 30 years of experience in cultural, education, and social service sectors. I’ve led arts organizations in start-up and turnaround situations with effective financial and strategic decision making, team building, fundraising, and an entrepreneurial mindset. I have produced and managed numerous cultural and fundraising events in San Diego, New York City, Pam Beach and Chicago, for audiences ranging from the hundreds to the thousands. I recently returned to consulting after three years directing the San Diego Art Institute to help nonprofit leaders and innovators achieve their revenue goals and organizational objectives in these unique times. My career-long commitment to the nonprofit space is inspired by all the individuals who are so passionate about the organizations they work for and the causes they and I believe in.
J&S SILVERMAN Consulting provides services to clarify business and organizational operations as well as implement strategic objectives. Jacqueline A. Silverman works with nonprofit leaders to support their interest in diversifying and growing an organization and its resources. Because time, experience, or personnel may be limited, Jacqueline works with boards, staff, and volunteers, and provide guidance, motivation, best practices, and training to support what’s most needed. This may include:
