Douglas Simay's Best Picks of Los Angeles Exhibitions

We are pleased to present this occasional but ongoing selection of Los Angeles/San Francisco art exhibitions chosen by one of the premier collectors of San Diego. Doug Simay is a board member of The Art Academy of San Diego. He is also curator of Simay Space located in that school. He is a self confessed "arts tourist"   If he is not traveling internationally, he goes to LA for 2 to 3 days every month, routinely visiting about 60 - 80 LA galleries. He says "I know my way around LA as if it was my own backyard." Now we are pleased to present his San Francisco suggestions as well.
